  • Identity Data: Learner Reference Numbers (LRN), full legal names, and profile photographs.
  • Academic Performance: Test scores, video interaction responses, and attendance records.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and session timestamps for security auditing.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used strictly for academic and administrative purposes within AR Digi-Lab:

Analytics

Generating performance trends for teachers and students.

Notifications

Sending automated grade alerts and emergency guardian notifications.

3. Data Protection & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted via SSL/TLS.
  • Access Control: Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) ensures teachers only see data for their assigned sections.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Please contact the Office of the Registrar for profile corrections.
